The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme is a challenging two-year curriculum, primarily aimed at students aged 16 to 19. It leads to a qualification that is widely recognized by the world’s leading universities. IBDP students study three subjects at ‘Higher Level’ (HL) and three at ‘Standard Level’ (SL). Higher Level subjects are taught for 240 hrs and Standard Level (SL) subjects are taught for 150 hrs. Thus the IBDP curriculum offers both breadth and depth in learning.
The IB Diploma Programme develops individuals who are curious learners, thinkers with an understanding of a broad range of subjects, open-minded individuals who are open to different points of views, compassionate, risk takers, good communicators and individuals who strike the right balance between study, sports and other activities.
