All students need to opt for a minimum of 2 sports in every semester but are allowed the flexibility of changing if for some reason they wish to make the change. At least 2 hours a day are scheduled for physical , outdoor activity.
A strong Physical education team of instructors and coaches for individual sport live on campus and ensure that students with potential are honed further and students that do not like sport are encouraged to try different sports, so they find something they enjoy.
Besides developing fitness, muscle strength and cardio vascular health it is known that an active body leads to an active mind. By participating in sport students learn team play, effective decision making, leadership and time management skills.
